We offer a 14-day free trial period for our POS solution. During this time, you can explore all the features of our software to ensure it meets your business needs. If, after using the free trial, you decide that our solution is not the right fit for your business, you can cancel without incurring any charges.
Our SaaS POS solution operates on a subscription basis. We offer various subscription plans (STANDARD, ENTERPRISE), and payments are processed monthly through a secure payment gateway using PhonePay.
You will pay on a monthly basis and are due at the beginning of each month. There are no recurring charges. Once you purchase a plan for one month, you will not be billed again.
Once a subscription payment is processed, it is non-refundable, unless otherwise stated in this policy.
